1. After opening a game on nowgg.nl, click on the down arrow visible on the sidebar, as shown below.
2. From the expanded menu that appears on your screen, click on the “Help and support” icon (“?”).
3. On the next screen, you will be asked about the nature of the problem. Please select the category which best describes the problem you’re facing. If it isn’t listed here, click on “Other”.
After selecting an option, click on “Next”.
4. You will then be asked for your email address and a screenshot of the problem.
Please provide the following details:
- Enter a valid email address: We will contact you at this email address once we have a solution to offer.
- Upload an image: You can also attach an image if it illustrates the problem.
5. After filling in the details, click on “Next”.
6. On the next page:
- Explain the problem: Here, you can describe the problem in detail.
- Check the box next to “Run a diagnostic report”: To provide game-related and system information that will help us figure out the cause.
After you have entered your details, click on “Submit”.
7. After your report is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message, as shown below.

How to report a problem while playing on your desktop/laptop
1. Click on the “Help and support” icon (“?”) on the top right corner of your screen while you are playing the game, as shown below.
2. Select the category that reflects the type of problem in the popup that is shown. If it isn’t listed here, you can select “Other”.
For example, if the in-game FPS is dropping while you’re playing, you would select “Game is lagging”.
After this, click on “Next”.
3. On the next screen, provide a detailed description of the problem here. It will help us understand what you’re experiencing so we can figure out what’s going wrong and respond with a solution.
