How can I report a problem from my desktop/laptop?

1. Click on the “Help and Support” icon, as shown below.

2. In the popup that appears, select your problem from the categories listed. Then, click on “Next”.

NOTE: If your problem isn’t listed, you can select “Other”.

3. On the next screen, provide a detailed description of the problem. It will help us understand what you’re experiencing so we can figure out what’s going wrong and respond with a solution. Please provide the following details:

  • Enter a valid email address: We will contact you at this email address once we have a solution
  • Explain the problem: Here, you can describe the problem in detail.
  • Upload an image: You can also attach an image if it illustrates the problem.
  • Check the box next to “Run a diagnostic report”: To provide game-related and system information that will help us figure out the cause.

4. After filling in the details, click on “Submit”.

Once your report is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message. Our Support staff will contact you at your email address once we have a solution.

3. On the next screen, select your problem from the categories listed. If it isn’t listed here, click on “Other”. After selecting an option, click on “Next”.

5. On the next page explain the problem in detail and ensure that the box next to “Run a diagnostic report” is checked. Then, click on “Submit”.
